Our standard moving package includes a two-person crew and a truck. Boxes, moving blankets and bubble wrap are priced separately, as are stair and elevator fees. Your written estimate confirms the work and charges before you book.
If your inventory or access calls for a larger crew or a different arrangement, we review that with you and quote it separately. Rates vary between peak summer months and off-peak winter dates.
Materials priced separately
Boxes, moving blankets and bubble wrap are excluded from the standard price. Tell us what protection and packing materials your belongings need so the arrangements and charges can be confirmed in writing.
Access charges are separate
Stair and elevator fees are not included in the standard rate. Tell us about access at both locations so applicable charges can be included in your written estimate.
Your date affects the rate
Rates vary between peak summer months and off-peak winter dates. We review your preferred date and availability before confirming the price. Online ranges do not include a calculated seasonal adjustment.

Packing help and supplies
Full or partial packing can be added to the moving plan. Tell us which rooms or fragile items need help. Your estimate will state the packing labor and the boxes, tape, paper or specialty materials included, along with any separate cost.
Labor-only loading and unloading
If you supply the rental truck or container, choose moving labor. Share its size and where it will be parked. Vehicle rental and transport are not included in a labor-only estimate.
Furniture assembly
Tell us which items need to come apart or go back together. Furniture disassembly and reassembly are agreed services; the scope and any separate cost must appear in your estimate. Specialty assembly, unusual pieces and work requiring extra time should be identified in advance.
Basic coverage and your belongings
The standard package includes basic coverage. Before booking, ask for the exact limits, exclusions, claims process and any additional protection options in your written agreement. Do not assume the standard coverage pays full replacement value.

Tell us about unusually heavy items, fragile antiques, glass, large appliances or restricted access before booking. We will confirm whether the work fits the crew and equipment for your move.
